We developed this part with durability in mind. It's stainless steel and extremely strong and will survive many track days and therefore many tire changes. This kit seals the gap to the rotors really good. 
We use this kit with Cobalt friction brake pads and have zero fade and an insane brake power.
The 3" tubes should be connected to your front splitter.   
Pure race application, not for highway use. 
Tested system in NASA TT events.
